Cancel & Shipping Policy
Changing Your Order:
If any customer would like to change any order before it is shipped out to customer, Jalaram furniture will gladly process it with no additional costs to customer. If paid in advance, exchanges are only available for items of the same price or less. The balance amount will be refunded to the same process of payment system. If customer would like to exchange for an item of a higher price, Jalaram Furniture will cancel the original item for customer. Delivery fees will be waived.
Unfortunately, customer will not be able to exchange item or order after customer have received an email confirming delivery. Customer will need to return the item (see our return policy) and place a new order.
If Customer Placed an order but would like to change order or cancel? Don’t be worries! customer can cancel order with extra charge and receive a full refund amount with our payment system. If customer received an email confirming order delivery, delivery costs will be non-refundable and there is a restocking fee at 15% of the price you paid for the item.
Customer get refunded Amount = Paid Price - Delivery Fee - Restocking Fee (15% of customer Paid Price)
because of customer item would already be loaded into delivery vehicle and on its way to customer.
Jalaram Furniture would already face incurred costs to prepare and schedule customer’s delivery.
Holding of Order:
Jalaram furniture is able to hold customer’s order for a maximum of 2 Months from the date that customer’s order can be delivered from Jalaram furniture’s warehouse. If you would like more information, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Jalaram furniture currently provide any furniture order, ships to any address in Gujarat, India. If you would like for your order to be shipped to any other country, please write to us at email@example.com.
Jalaram Furniture ship orders through our in-house delivery team, and other carefully selected delivery service providers especially for Door-step Deliveries. Please note that furniture items are only delivered within Gujarat which selected pin code.
Jalaram Furniture’s Standard or Regular Delivery timing is Monday to Saturday, between 10:00am – 6:00pm. For your convenience.
Enjoy all free shipping on all orders above 10000/- rupee and pay only 500/- rupee (for home furnishing items) or 700/- rupee (for furniture items) for orders under 10000/- rupee. Shipping Duration & Delivery Policy
Delivery Policy: Occasionally, Jalaram furniture may ship customer’s items to separately due to the nature of the products. In these instances, you will NOT be charged any extra delivery fees.
Our aim to help all customer save on delivery charges, Jalaram furniture will usually consolidate customer’s items in one single order and ship them together.
If we delivered wrong item then, please contact our customer care number. We solve problem within seven days and a replacement will be shipped to you at no extra charges.
If Jalaram furniture’s any delivery team is unable to proceed with the delivery via elevators (e.g. furniture is unable to fit into the elevator or a working elevator is unavailable), additional charges per item will be applicable as follows:
- 100/- per item per non lift-accessible storey
- To be paid directly to the delivery team in cash before commencement.
